PROVIDENCE 48 HOUR FILM PROJECT

Dates: June-October

Services provided:

Advanced copies or synopses (except for the required elements)
Amplified sound through a sound system
Designated quiet/sensory-friendly area, if possible
Emergency exits are accessible
First aid staffed and stocked with necessary supplies
First floor with ramp (kickoff only), the bathroom of the Avon is on the second floor
Large print and plain language versions available upon request
Seating
- Folding chairs for kickoff
- Avon Cinema has wheelchair spaces available
Service animals accepted
Volunteer/staff available to assist with directions and navigation
Wheelchair and mobility aid accessible bathroom (kickoff only)
Wide doors
Kickoff: Zoom live streaming with auto transcription
Screenings: Streaming version of the projected program, with captions

KINDLING INDUSTRY TRAINING STUDIO

Dates: Spring and Fall

Services provided:

Advanced copies or synopses
A lunch that meats most dietary requirements, including vegetarian/vegan, dairy free, gluten free, and halal
Amplified sound through a sound system
Designated quiet/sensory-friendly area, if possible
Emergency exits are accessible
First aid staffed and stocked with necessary supplies
First floor with ramp
Large print and plain language versions available upon request
Seating (folding chairs)
Service animals accepted
Volunteer/staff available to assist with directions and navigation
Wheelchair and mobility aid accessible bathroom
Wide doors

RHODE ISLAND BONFIRE SHOWCASE

Dates: TBD

Services provided:

Advanced copies or synopses
Amplified sound through a sound system
Emergency exits are accessible
First aid staffed and stocked with necessary supplies
First floor with ramp
Large print and plain language versions available upon request
Seating (depending on venue, attendee may need to bring seating, a blanket, receive a folding chair, or there may be softer/wider seating available). This will be listed on each event separately.
